Our tournament schedule is built collaboratively with families, balancing competitive opportunities with family commitments, other activities, travel time, hotel costs, and tournament fees.

We believe young athletes should have a life outside of softball. Family time matters, multi-sport participation is encouraged, and we intentionally avoid scheduling tournaments on major holiday weekends whenever possible.

Players are expected to honor the tournaments they commit to, but we also understand that vacations, family events, and other opportunities are part of growing up. Athletes are not penalized for missing events they did not originally commit to attend.

Together with our families, we selected an initial tournament schedule that reflects our shared priorities. To help maintain balance, the team chose to focus on tournaments within approximately two hours of home. Mid-season, we will revisit the schedule as a group and evaluate interest in adding additional events.

Our goal is simple: provide a competitive, developmental, and enjoyable softball experience that supports both our players and their families.
